HOW DOES IT TASTE?

  • 🍃ANDALE ANDALE has quite a mix of flavours, meaning non of the flavours are too strong. I can taste mint and green tea, but some clients have said they taste the apple and hibiscus in it.

HOW DO I TAKE IT?

You can take this tea all day long, using just a small amount of herbs (what you can pinch between 2 fingers). This will give you about 1.000 ml of tea. Then, just add hot boiled water (but not boiling) and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Don’t add milk. Drink hot or cold and enjoy!

For an extra boost, you can add lemon, mint and ginger.

Storage: keep leaves in an airtight container that can be resealed and stored in a cool place. I always recommend a glass jar.

Main Ingredients: Organic Sencha tea, Hibiscus, carrot, carob, mint, parsley, coriander.

*If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, on immune suppressants, blood thinners or antidepressants, please ask your medical practitioner or pharmacist before taking any herbal remedy.
