WHAT DOES IT DO?
THE HERBS IN THIS BLEND WILL HELP YOU TO CONTROL YOUR SWEET TOOTH, HUNGER, AND CRAVINGS.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
It will help you balance your metabolism, burn fat, and get rid of toxins in your body. This tea will help you lose weight, when taken alongside a proper nutritional plan with regular exercise.
This blend is quite complex. It has 3 different organic green teas; organic red tea, organic white tea, and a blend of organic fruits. The complexity of it affects your hunger sense, making you feel full and satisfied, it aids in weight loss plans as it takes away the mood swings and sugar cravings by regulating your metabolism.
If you are looking to lose those few stubborn pounds you can drink this quite neutral tasting tea throughout the day. But be wary of drinking it at night time if you have any sleeping problems as it might keep you awake and full of energy. Always follow a healthy diet, regular exercise and keep hydrated.
HOW DOES IT TASTE?
- 🍃 This tea is slightly bitter in flavour but the red tea gives it a natural sweetness making it very palatable. I also added some natural sweetness like Banana, Organic Orange Peel, Organic Apricot and tangy flavours like ginger to make it a nice drink to have. You will be coming back for more, once your palate adapts to it. It can be drunk hot, or cold with a shot of lemon juice and/or cranberry juice. Adding some fresh peaches would make it a delicious cold drink.
HOW DO I TAKE IT?
You can take this tea all day long. Just use a small amount of herbs (what you can pinch between 2 fingers) and prepare 1.000 ml of tea. Add hot boiled water (but not boiling) and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Don’t add milk. Drink hot or cold and enjoy!
Because this contains green teas, please be aware of the theine / caffeine effect. If taken later in the day, it might affect your sleeping pattern.
Storage: keep leaves in an airtight container that can be resealed and stored in a cool place. I always recommend a glass jar.
