HAPPY BELLY Herbal Tea

WHAT DOES IT DO?

THIS TEA IS AN ALL ROUNDER FOR DIGESTIVE ISSUES. IT’S FULL OF HERBS THAT HAVE CALMING AND DIGESTIVE PROPERTIES. THIS BLEND IS PERFECT FOR ANYONE THAT WANTS TO RELAX AT NIGHT TIME OR AFTER A MEAL.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We are what we eat, right? And sometimes, we eat wrong and we FEEL IT. This blend of herbs will help to ease stress and anxiety, indigestion, bloating, pain and spasms while relaxing the whole body.

It is packed with herbs that will help with heavy digestions and bloating issues. I recommend this tea if bloating is a common issue for you, but I would also advise that you seek out help to determine why this is happening. I would be happy to advise and guide you personally.

HOW DOES IT TASTE?

  • 🌾 Naturally sweet tasting, this tea is very palatable. It also has organic apples in it that makes it even sweeter, so no sugar needs to be added to it. It also has a little ginger and fennel in it that give it a spicy taste, so overall it’s a really nice tea to drink. You will be coming back for more and it can even become part of your daily routine, after your main meal or before bedtime.
  • In my opinion, this drink needs to be hot, and for an extra boost, you can add lemon, mint and ginger, all ingredients that are highly recommended for digestion.

HOW DO I TAKE IT?

You can take this tea throughout the day, although as it is a digestion aid, it’s more effective when taken before or after a meal. Just use a small amount of herbs (what you can pinch between 2 fingers) and prepare 1 cup of tea. Add hot boiled water (but not boiling) and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Don’t add milk. You can reuse these herbs for another 2 cups. I also like to add a little bit of honey every so often.

Storage: keep leaves in an airtight container that can be resealed and stored in a cool place. I always recommend a glass jar.

Main Ingredients: vervain, olive leaves, lemon balm, chamomile, fennel
